Business Basics

We're designed to be simple, transparent and stress-free! Here you'll find some simple business basics to help you get up and running with your Urban Candle business...

Ordering: You can order all your products from this website. You'll need to be a registered consultant, and logged into the website with your email address and password. Once logged in, you can access the product ordering pages. 

When you place your orders, you will pay the discounted price (RRP less 25% commission) You then charge your customers the recommended retail price, and the difference is your profit. 

Orders can only be placed online and cannot be accepted via other forms unless there is a problem with our website. You will be required to pay for your order at the point of ordering, using a credit or debit card. All payments are processed using a secure payment processing server and we do not have access to, nor store your card details. We do not currently accept payment via PayPal. 

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please check this is all correct, and if you need to amend or adjust anything please email: 

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping notification from us, and in addition to that, you'll receive a notification from the courier company confirming they have your order, and provide tracking updates. 

Business Updates: It's recommended that you join the ambassador team facebook group. There will be a link to it on your welcome email. Here you'll find all the up to date information, offers, promotional activity etc. 

We'll also communicate out important information to you via email (the one you used when registering your account) 

You can also access key documents etc within the ambassador resources area of this website (you must be logged into your account to access this) 

We don't currently operate an multi-level marketing model, as we rather ambassadors focus on retailing products as opposed to team building. We do however offer an incentive scheme to introduce new ambassadors to the business. Check out the incentive scheme information within the ambassador resource area.
